Location: SHUTTLECRAFT
Stardate: 2.70418.1939
Scene: Cockpit
Ronnie Zanders deftly piloted the little shuttle into
one of the shuttle bays and stretching rose to her
full height. Her new husband dropped gracefully from
the ceiling.
"I wouldn't have even known we'd landed love." B'rak
bent his head and kissed her on her forehead.
"I didn't want to wake you." She smiled softly and
then scratched at the white mask which covered the
right side of her face.
"Is it bothering you?" The massive dark alien asked.
"Slightly." She shrugged, "I'll perhaps get Jeff to
double check the skin when we're settled back home."
There was a rap on the door of the shuttlecraft and
B'rak popped open the door. "Yes?"
A small Ferenghi was standing just the other side and
tried not to jump back in shock at the sight of the
massive male that loomed out of the darkness.
"I was told to give you your new orders on your
return."
"Thanks." B'rak took the orders and stepped back into
the shuttlecraft. "Orders." He announced as he
quickly read them through. "We're too head towards
TELLESIA IV."
"Right, well at least we don't have to pack again."
Ronnie quickly did the pre-flight checks.
B'rak dropped into the co-pilots seat.
"Go sleep love, you must be tired." Ronnie offered
quietly as the doors opened onto space, and the
shuttlecraft slowly lifted from the ground.
"I could say the same for you." B'rak rumbled softly,
"You've barely slept since we left EARTH."
"I know." Ronnie shrugged, "Well you flew for all of
ten minutes and almost managed to crash us into a
moon."
"It was an accident." B'rak sounded embarresed.
"You mean after I started screaming my head off?"
Ronnie glanced across at him, the intact side of her
face looked sad.
"You can't help it." He reached out and gently
stroked her cheek. "You were having flash backs."
"That is no excuse." She blinked but then firmly
fixed her gaze on the stars passing their cockpit, "I
need to practice my S'At routine more."
"Maddie and T'Rer told you it would take you time."
"I know."

Location: MOON ABOVE TELLESIA IV
Scene: Hanger
The small shuttle dropped neatly into the hanger next
door to the USS STARBLAZER. The two Engineers inside
had secured and locked down every system they could
think of and then everyone that they couldn't.
Ronnie looked around the still and lifeless shuttle.
"Well I doubt anyone will get anything from in here."
"Are you always this paranoid?" B'rak asked.
"Always." Ronnie admitted and then suddenly grinned,
"It came with growing up in an universe dominated by
the Borg." She yawned, "Come on let's get over to the
STARBLAZER and face the music."

Location: STARBLAZER
Scene: CO's Ready Room
Ronnie had changed into uniform and was now calmly
standing before Kat, she was finishing up her
debriefing. "So I have been cleared of all Borg
nanites and am now fully organic."
"And the virus?"
"It's been classified, Commander." Ronnie's face for
once couldn't hide her pain, "It caused almost as much
damage as I did."
Kat glanced through the various reports that Ronnie
had brought with her. "Well you've been cleared by
both STARFLEET and the Borg Senate." She looked up,
"Why the mask?"
"I lost half of my face." Ronnie calmly admitted,
"And I do not wish to upset the children."
"You could have it repaired." Kat suggested softly.
"I could." Ronnie blinked and looked hard at her
Commanding Officer, "But I wont."
"You have had both your arm and leg replaced?"
"I'm an Engineer Commander." Ronnie replied, "I need
them, I do not need my face."
"I understand." Kat sighed, "Have Jeff check your
face for damage, inform him he is not to repair any
skin damage unless you give specific permission to do
so."
"Thank you." Ronnie seemed to relax slightly.
"You must also attend counseling sessions with either
Gene or any of the other Counselors."
"Yes Commander."
Kat inclined her head, "And congratulations on your
marriage."
"My thanks Commander."
Kat smiled, "Welcome back Ron and go unpack."
