Daisy smiled broadly and sipped at a cup of coffee. She was in her quarters
on GATEWAY. This had obviously been recorded before she left.

{{"but, I hope you aren't... then something has happened and I didn't
make it back from this mission. " }}
She paused and let out this patient sigh. Then, she laughed. {{ "Of course, you'll
probably never see this but if, God forbid, you do.....then remember I'll always love
you and our little girl. You've been a dear friend and I'm so glad Erika has you
to be her Dad. I know she'll have a wonderful childhood and she'll grow up to be
an incredible woman because she has you. " }}
An awkward little chuckle escaped her lips and she added, {{ "But what would
a chat with me be without my selfishly asking you to do even *more* for me,
huh?" }}
She laughed warmly, adding, {{ "I can see that vein on your forehead starting to
bulge already and I can hear the groan in your voice because you know what I'm
going to say. " }} Shaking her head, she continued. {{ "You always do. And, yes....
I mean for you to take care of Gavi and LJ." }}
Daisy wringed her hands awkwardly and gave him an almost apologetic little
grin. {{ "I know it's a lot to ask but you have the school and I know my boys would
have the best chance of staying together if they stay with you. Rachel adores
Gavi, I know. And, Gavi loves his Grandma. He should visit her lots in Israel,
but don't let her take him away from LJ, ok? Those boys have bonded and they
need each other." }}
Taking another sip of her coffee, she gave him a little snigger.

either. You know I'm right. You're a wonderful father but you've been alone
for too long. That's the last thing I'm going to ask you to do for me. Take
care of my children and find yourself someone to love - because I want you
to be happy." }}
She choked up a little bit. Her eyes glistened. Then, she smiled.

She blew him a kiss and then gave him a little wave.

as I have a breath of life in me, I will be doing whatever it takes to make sure
that I come back to you, Erika and Gavi. " }}
She gave him a little grin. {{"Could be you're gonna have to be brave and
patient. Could be you're gonna have to have some faith in me. Try to do
that, please." }}
Daisy wagged her finger in a motherly fashion, {{ "And please be good.
Be the good boy I know is in there, the boy I love, ok? You are *MY* boy.
You are *MY* son. And, if I'm alive, then I'm working to find my way back
to you. And, if I'm not...then I'm already there. I'm already with you and,
should you do anything crazy, you'll feel the ghost of Daisy-zilla kicking
your scrawny ass. " }}
She laughed and gave him a broad, warm smile. {{ "But, let's not think like
that. Let's both have a little faith in me and go with the notion that I'm alive
and working to come back to you, son. I love you." }}
{{"Oh, and big Jax? I'm sure you're watching this. " }} Daisy smirked.

Bajor and you stepped out of that shuttle. Do you remember how tiny you were
all those years ago? "}} Daisy laughed warmly.
{{"You had never seen sunshine before. You'd never felt grass between your
toes. All you'd ever known was the Valla Royale station. I'll never forget
walking across Wangel Erek's yard and seeing you tiptoe out on the grass,
seeing it for the first time. The look on your face as you looked up and saw
clouds..." }} she shook her head, still smiling. {{ "Loving you, adopting you,
has been one such a blessing for me. You have no idea how much I've
learned from you, Gavi....about not taking things for granted. " }}
Daisy looked a little tired She continued in a gentle voice. {{ "I'll always
be with you, Gavi. In the meantime, I know that Wangel Erek and your
Grandma will take very good care of you. Be strong for Erika and LJ.
They're going to need you. " }}
With that said, she blew him a kiss and gave him a little wave.

those boys for me. Make sure they eat their vegetables and make sure they

She looked good, wearing simple comfortable clothes and sitting on her
bed in her quarters on GATEWAY. There was a moment of awkward silence
before she continued with a chuckle.

dance for years. We get together, we fall apart, we get together, we fall
apart. Sometimes, I hate it. Sometimes I even hate you....for being so
hard to get out of my system. And, sometimes, I hate myself for having
been stupid enough to let you get away. " }}
Daisy smoothed back her hair from her face and sighed patiently,

why. And, if you're getting this message because something has
happened to me, the "why" doesn't matter. What matters is that you

The tired woman paused to take a deep breath, followed by a sip of
coffee. Then, she continued. {{ Because you saved my life once. I'm
going to give you some advice that will probably save your's." }}
Daisy smirked, remembering Aerdan's fluffy white hair and always active
antennae. She could imagine those little appendages nervously standing
at attention and then whithering in horror over Daisy's words - but she was
determined to say them anyway.
{{"Get a divorce, you idiot. Get off your ass, come to GATEWAY and
marry Kate already. Life is too short. You love her. She loves you.
Time to 'man up' and do something about it. Do it for Ishe's sake. I
know your daughter wants you to be happy...and so do I. " }}

Daisy smirked.
Then, she coughed slightly, gave him a warmer smile, and continued.

would be to let you know that you were right all along. I know I denied it.
I know I swore that all we'd ever be was 'friends with benefits'.....but the
truth is I do love you, Cade. And, I'm sorry I never had the courage to
