"Wrap Up" continued from "De-Brief" Location: USS PATRIOT Stardate: 2.70502.2201 Scene: Captain's Ready Room "How're you feeling?" Helice asked the man seated on the other side of her desk. "I'm fine." Ben answered dispassionately. "Some of my memories from the shuttle are a little fuzzy, but the doctor has assured me I should have no further trouble, and I've been cleared for duty." "Good, because I got orders from Starfleet today, and I have a special assignment for you." "What are the orders?" Ben answered with interest. "We've been ordered back to SB1. We'll be passing on the information we captured from the pirates and turning the matter over to the local authorities. The mapping will have to wait until they get the nebula clear." "So what's the special assignment then?" He said, confused. "The ship we commandeered is to be taken to SB271. I'm assigning you in command of a skeleton crew to handle that. Once you get there you'll be getting out replacement runabout, which you can use to rendezvous with us on SB1." "When do we leave?" "Right away." Helice replied. "So gather your team, and assemble in the transporter room as soon as your ready." "Aye, sir." Ben said, standing up. Helice sighed before replying with a grin. "Ben, aren't you ever going to call me Helice?" Ben paused for a second before returning her grin. "I wouldn't bet on it." --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NRPG: Not much here, but this establishes we're on our way home. We'll be doing shoreleave for a week or so to give those who need it time to finish up finals, then we'll start a new mission. If you want to backpost something I tried to leave it open.
